Treasure Cruise has been banned because, at an extremely low effective cost, it generates an excessive amount of card advantage relative to the average speed of the format. It too often functions as a one-mana “draw three” that can single-handedly swing the outcome of a game. Additionally, it is already banned in Pauper Constructed, further highlighting its power level being out of scale for a commons-only environment.
