No Rules, No Limits: The April Fools Tournament!
Get ready to throw the rulebook out the window. This April, we’re hosting an event that embraces the spirit of the season: the April Fools Tournament.
If you’ve ever wanted to see what happens when the shackles are removed from the Legendary Pauper Commander (LPDH) format, this is your moment. It’s chaotic, it’s unpredictable, and it’s going to be legendary.
The Format: LPDH… With a Twist
The core rules follow the Legendary Pauper Commander structure (using any uncommon Legendary creature as your Commander and 99 commons in the 100-card deck). However, for this special event, we are adding two game-changing modifications:
- No Banlist: Every card ever printed at common is legal. If it was a common, you can play it. And you can use any uncommon banned commnader. No exceptions.
- Proxies Allowed: Want to play that unobtainable, out-of-print common or test a wild new build without breaking the bank? Go for it. High-quality proxies are fully permitted for this tournament.
The Philosophy: Everything is allowed. No restrictions. Just pure, unadulterated Legendary Pauper Commander power.
